Keystone Foundation Repair

The 3 man crew of Josh, Landon, and Aaron were great! They were on time, friendly, and very efficient. They added 4 foundation supports to my crawl space that fixed the gap in my drywall at the ceiling. They also encapsulated the crawl space. They did an excellent job in half the time I thought it would take(under 3 hours). I definitely recommend them. I chose them based off of great reviews on google. The crew that worked on my house (Josh, Aaron, and Kris) did a great job! They arrived on time and cleaned up at the end. The work looks great and I am so glad to have this project completed and specifically by Keystone. This company offered me the best solution for my foundation issues (a combination of rebar and concrete backfill and carbon fiber strapping). Everyone from the sales person (Andrew) to the crew and the people who answer the phones were knowledgeable and respectful which I can’t unfortunately say the same for the other companies I got estimates from. If you are on the fence about which company to use and are lucky enough to be in a service area for keystone, they should be your only choice. My foundation had serious issues and keystone has given me piece of mind.

Josh showed up on time and worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently. The work was done professionally and very neatly. Communication between customer and the company is flawless. My experience with Keystone Foundation Repair was fantastic. Everyone from the office staff setting up the appointment , Michael who evaluated our foundation issue, answered my many questions, explained in detail what needed to be done and presented the estimate. To Josh who arrived at the exact time the office said he would, explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and had a great attitude. I couldn’t be more pleased with this experience.

Had to have two steel joists put in for a unsupported 22ft length in our basement: causing sagging in the floor and stress on the others supporte. they came out for the consult in 3 days, contract signed the same day, and were scheduled for repair less than 4 days later: instant results, amazing PEOPLE oriented company. Never spoke to a robot, constant communication and a very good price. Special thanks to Josh, Alex and David. David was great getting us in, Alex did an awesome informative and thorough inspection, and Josh installed everything efficiently! Thanks again, we will be back if we (hopefully don’t) have additional repairs needed — photos are the floor sag before and after.
