I contacted them about my issue with a sinkhole that I repaired and my insurance company required an inspection of the repair. While I did not need the assistance of Keystone Foundation Repair Inc. they were able to give me the contact information for someone that could complete my needs (just needed the repair certified by a contractor or Engineer). Jeremy was very helpful in providing an engineer and contact information for the engineer that I ended up hiring. I will definitely be using KFR in the future for sure! Didn't even work with them and they treated me like a customer. So hard to find such helpful people anymore. Very appreciated Jeremy!

As a real estate professional, it is important to e to use companies that provide good service. It is equally important to be able to get a job looked at in a timely fashion. Mitch Kemp was easy to schedule with and promptly provided a detailed letter after discussing a foundation crack. The crack turned out to not need repair. It was nice to speak with someone who provided expertise and guidance in a clear cut manner. This company will always be my first choice for foundation questions and repair. Thanks Mitch!

Andrew came out today to give an estimate to repair cracked concrete walls in our basement. He was very knowledgable, personable, and honest. He was able to determine the extent of the damage and what could be done to fix it. More importantly, he explained that while he will be happy to perform the work it is probably not necessary at this time. There are not a lot of companies like that any more. I would trust Andrew and Keystone Foundation Repair for any basement or foundation work I need in the future.
