Brad was very helpful with foam injections for my basement cracks. A month later and not a single drip of water coming in even after a few heavy rains.

Brad is one of the kindest and most trustworthy individuals I have come across in an industry that could easily take advantage of their consumers. Our house inspector recommended Brad to come out to fix a leaking basement crack and he did a great job. We then had him back to check on a crack in our foundation and he was honest enough to tell us it was not a concern and did not need costly repair when he could have easily convinced us otherwise. I would recommend Brad a million times over.

Brad is the best! He is so responsive, kind and truly a fabulous advisor in all things foundation. He will always be honest and do his best to put your needs first. While selling our home, we called Brad to take a look at the potential buyer’s concern and he was able to come out within 24 hours right before a snow storm. I cannot recommend him enough.

Brad was extraordinarily helpful. I called about a job that is outside of what he normally handles and instead of simply telling me to call someone else he had me send photos and called me back to give me some advice on who I could reach out to and what to do. I’ve never had an experience like that before but it makes me confident he is trustworthy so I felt compelled to leave a review.

We didn’t have to utilize Keystone Foundation Service as Brad was able to assess visually and with discussion that our area of concern is a watchful caution flag and not a major red flag. But if I did need a foundation repair, Brad would be the go to guy. All the sentiments in the previous reviews are absolutely true: knowledgeable, honest and responsive.
