Our kitchen cabinet company recommended Keystone Granite for our new countertops and backsplash. The quartz that we chose was bright and simple with subtle graining. We were not only pleased with the price, but everyone was great to deal with. When the installers, Mike, Ezequiel and Alex, came they were extremely courteous and thoughtful. They did a beautiful job and were very meticulous doing the install. What also impressed us was that did not use any profane language, which is a little unusual in the building/construction trades. We really appreciated the courtesy and respect that they demonstrated in our home. We would highly recommend using Keystone Granite and appreciate everything they did for us.

Recently had quartz kitchen counters installed by Keystone. The materials themselves are nice and the price was affordable, but the install itself and final result is pretty sloppy. They added shims to support the undermount sink, but did so before bringing the counters in and checking the fit. Rather than adjust the shims they then banged on the sink cabinet until it slid over a half inch, creating a gap between the cabinet and an adjacent cover panel and breaking another cover panel in the process. The screws they used for the shims were too long, so they protrude a half inch into the dishwasher, creating a hazard for any future work. For the countertops themselves, rather than take the time to fine tune the alignment for the seam, they shimmed the top of the cabinets 3/8” of an inch,

Amazing experience. I started off swinging by their warehouse, choosing out some countertop samples and taking them home to see which one I wanted. Once I scheduled a template appointment they came out and the gentleman was very pleasant to work with, and very efficient. When Mike, Rudy, and Ezekiel came out to my home to install, they were very communicative, professional, and did an amazing job. They even updated me throughout the process, sent me pictures of the install, shut off the lights and locked my door when they were done. Highly recommend these guys. I plan on using them in the future if I have a countertop project.

I can't say enough about this company and their staff. This place has the Best prices anywhere and a great selection. The man that came to do the template was awesome and pointed out that the cabinet installer didn't put the sink cabinets in correctly but still made the template so no delays for the installation 2 weeks later as well as told me what they needed to fix the issues. I had a new house build and my general contractor was on site and completed the fixes needed. When the installers came out everything fit perfectly and the small seam at the sink is matched so perfectly you don't even notice it and I know where it is and don't see it! I looked at a few places for my kitchen renovation and their website was super helpful, as you can estimate the project by putting in the dimensions and material type. Their price was the best, so I went to their showroom in Salem and was pleasantly surprised at how professional everyone was and the vastness of their warehouse selection. All the women in the showroom were very helpful and communicative about the process. They said it takes about a month to get the granite during the summer rush, which was faster than some places I talked to, and then they come out and template and your counters are installed 7-10 days after that.
