We worked with Bill and Dan on our first home purchase in SOMA, and not only were they incredibly thorough, but they also spent extra time explaining everything about the inspection and the various aspects of the house. You can tell that these guys take great pride in their work, and they left us with a high level of confidence in our purchase. I had a very positive experience from beginning to end. I worked with both Theresa and Linda to help schedule my appointments. Both of them were extremely pleasant to talk to. They understood things can change beyond my control and were able to reschedule my appointment. My inspector was Dan Ernst and he was very thorough. Dan was there early and already started taking pictures of the outside of the house. As he did his inspection and pointed out potential issues and his report was very detailed. I would highly recommend Keystone do conduct a home inspection.
