Thanks to Jay for his honesty ..they had replaced a battery in my nonworking key fob at a hardware store.. it didn’t work and the owner told me there was something wrong with the fob.. Car dealer wanted almost $300 to replace,.. Jay at Keystone checked the key fob signal and said it was good , and battery had been put in incorrectly and was a dud anyway..he replaced it with one of his batteries and I ended up paying about $12..he could have charged me for a new key fob… he was honest and I am very grateful..!!

I called to send an handicapped individual over to use their service. Asked a simple question and I got a smug, snarky tough guy response of “You kidding me?” I hope that gentleman gets the help he needed, because I will never use this place nor refer anyone there again.
