We are 100% satisfied with Keystone Siding & Windows and highly recommend them. We have a 41-year-old home that had old, rotting siding and fading paint, and it was definitely time for an update. We also needed our windows reglazed. The entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Shannon, the contracting salesman, was exceptional. He is honest, very knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He treated me with patience and kindness, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured or talked down to. Excellent results on some siding and trim repairs plus house painting. Previously dull paint now looks very rich - better than I had imagined. I had several detailed questions for the Sales Manager prior to signing, and he was very good to work with -- confident (without being arrogant), prompt, and he had good answers every time. He checked in on the project three occasions while in progress. The labor consisted of a foreman and approximately four or five other individuals. I did not need to interact with them much; however, when I did speak to any of them, they were very polite and attentive.

Keystone Siding & Windows installed the siding on our house a few years ago. Because we were so impressed with the entire process and outcome, we knew we wanted them to do our window replacement as well. Chad came to our house to discuss window options. We needed 15 windows replaced. All of our old windows had the capability to open. We discussed replacing the 2 larger triple windows in our kitchen and 5 double hung windows in our sunroom with picture windows. We also discussed replacing 2 quad windows in our upstairs bedrooms with a picture window in the center making them triple windows. This was our biggest home improvement on our home! We bought it new in 2005. I found Keystone on Google maps because most people don't come to Habersham ga! I'm so glad I found Keystone. Erick is the construction guy! Erick knows his stuff so listen to him. He corrected one of my choices were I listened to my electrician. But Erick fixed it but made sure that I knew i had asked for it to be the other way, blah blah blah! Lol. Jared is the painter and he is phenomenal! Keystone replaced my old siding with James Hardie plank. They removed all wood that needed to be replaced with new wood. They installed new shutters and painted all surfaces except my new windows in the front. Shannon's estimate was the most informative as well as the best price. The painting and siding crews cleaned up nicely each day and Shannom walked the property with us to make sure we were happy before we paid the final payment. My neighbors are all complementing us on our house and we love the change.
