This is the best key duplicate shop I've ever visited .my daughter call on phone for a quote for my fob key duplicate and we have a blank key fob. They ask us to come to store and right away they cut my blank spare key fob. It was really really affordable I was surprised how quick it is. In california they charge me a lot when I ask for a quote and sometimes they don't want to do it in ace hardware for some reason. But in KeyWest here in virginia wow no question ask i give my original key and blank Fob key they duplicate right away. I definitely refer this and give it a 5 star.

The gentlemen who helped me with cutting a backup key for my Prius key fob were super helpful. They even met me outside the office in order to prevent me from having to bring my screaming infant daughter inside. They made us feel welcome and even helped us double check that their work was effective. Their prices are very reasonable. They clearly prioritize customer experience and honesty.

I went to Keywest locksmiths in Va. Beach today and I was amazed how the customer service was top notch. I was really impressed on how they treated everyone that came through the door. Had the opportunity to meet the owner and his son who owns the place. They didn't take long to program my fob and the price was just right considering what the dealer wanted. I would definitely go back if I needed any keys maded And if u ever need a key made run not walk they won't disappointed. And I was shocked when the owner offered me coffee. That's what I called good customer service. Again Thank-you for your service and hospitality. I will keep your number in my contact.

Love a small business. They are super honest and working to get you the best deal, not working to make you spend you more money. Family owned. I have done business there twice and will be returning any time i have a key need, and referring anybody who asks.
