K&F Masonry

Patio demo & construction. Unfortunately Kevin received a bad batch of concrete from his supplier which caused him to have to demo the patio a second time. But Kevin stuck with it and while the work was extended ( time) the end result was excellent.

Kevin was a fantastic workmen. He repaired my disintegrating hatchway and stairs with an excellent job on removing the old masonry, installing new that perfectly matches the remaining and looks brand new two years later. The new stairs and doors are just like new. His prices were well under the other estimates I was given by thousands of dollars.

K & F Masonry is outstanding. We live in Longmeadow and noticed that all of the quotes were very, very high. Kevin gave us a fair quote and we used his services to rebuild from the roof up both of our chimneys plus the hips in our roof. He is fair, friendly and does an outstanding job. We are so pleased he will be rebuilding our bulk head doors and bulkhead foundation next. Great guy. Great Company.

As a home repair and maintenance professional, I am extremely apprehensive to contract out work on my home, but there are some tasks I simply cannot do myself. Not only does our chimney function properly, but, with the brick color selection they chose, it looks like it belongs to the house again. Sure, there are other contractors out there doing some good work, but if I need a mason, it's K&F all day! From set up to clean up, GREAT JOB!
