I needed a potty was liveing in my garage .I called that day with in 45 mins it was at my house. And the best part is all the other place I called 550 and up for 30 day .the best part less then 200 for more then 30 days now . Call them when u need a shitter. The best in the game

I understand this is a family business which is why I wanted to support them originally. But I wasn’t happy with my experience in getting a septic dye test done for a house I’m purchasing. Gwen was very nice on the phone and helped me schedule the test within just a couple days, but the day of the test, we were forgotten about resulting in them being roughly an hour late to the appointment. Then they were only present for roughly 30 minutes, and everyone I talked to (realtors, home inspector, other septic companies) said that there was no way we’d get any meaningful result from the dye test with how little water was run through system. I feel like I wasted $200 and didn’t get the peace of mind I was looking for with the septic test.

I was not excited to get my septic tank pumped since it’s not a very fun thing to spend money on. However when I called KG Septic, Gwen was very nice and helpful and even got me an appointment for the next day. The man that came to do the work was friendly and efficient and left no mess at all. You can hardly tell he was here. They made a not very fun purchase very quick and easy! I would definitely recommend! 10/10!!

KG Septic and Sewer is the one we call for our septic needs but also who we call when we need a portable toilet for parties and events. Great family run business!

Dillion came out and did a great job! I am a licensed septic installer/repair technician/ inspector in North Carolina. I am visiting aunt and uncle in Oneida. They didn’t know anything about septic and said that they have lived in the house for 17 years and never had it pumped. So of course I had to help them out and make sure that it was pumped.
