We hired this builder for a full home remodel that began in January. This was a $500,000+ remodel, and we were told to plan on a 4–5-month timeline, so we purchased a camper to live in during construction. Unfortunately, the project dragged on far beyond what was promised. We finally moved back into our home after 6 months, even though construction was still incomplete, and we ended up living through the remainder of the work. KGT Builders is the perfect remodeler/design build company. We loved the design they presented to us - but were willing to work and make a few changes. Pricing was based more on the finishes we chose than anything else. Construction was fast and, fortunately, we were up north during the process. Greg did stay in touch with us and make sure we were informed of the progress. We now have a beautiful kitchen that is great to entertain in. Thanks to Greg, Theresa and the entire KGT team.

UPDATE: We are now in the final stages of rebuilding our home post hurricane Ian. KGT 's project manager, Bill Cohen, has been amazing. His level of communication is off the charts and he knows how to leverage his relationships with the subcontractors to keep things moving. He has earned the respect of all who work with him on our project which is a real asset. We are grateful to have him as part of the KGT team working hard to get us back in our home. Thank you, Bill!
