Our pump was going out, they came out and diagnosed the problem. Soon there was a crew in our backyard who installed a new pump. They are great people to work with. They know their business and understand their customer’s needs. I highly recommend them.

Our well system went down late in the day last week. The company that had serviced our well had gone out of business so we needed someone in hurry. Kickapoo Drilling came through. by 9:00 am the next morning we were back up and running. The service techs that were out were courtesy and very knowledgeable. Kickapoo saved the day for us.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY!!! I paid them $16000 to install a new well and take out an old one when I bought my house. The new well install cost about $11,000 and the old well removal cost $1,500, I got both invoices and no others. When I reached out to get the difference back the office lady on the phone Holly literally told me that Sara the owner was trying to work up some invoices to charge me the difference from past work. INVOICES NEED TO BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE!!!! Three weeks later I received a whole bunch of new invoices that magically came out to the exact difference they owed me. Our water pump quit last night and we had no water. Kickapoo came out in this nasty weather and put a new pump in and got our water back. Impressed! Rarely do you get a serviceman who not only knows what he’s doing but doesn’t have to order a part and make you wait. Will definitely call them again and recommend.

This company figured out a very complex problem at our home. They were professional and took their time to find the problem. I highly recommend their service.
