Tech/plumber walks into our business and says, "What's y'all's issue? Too many females in here?" They have come out multiple time to unclog our floor drain stating it's because of tampons being flushed. Call another company and guess what? That was not the issue. They actually took the time to find out why this was happening and it's not tampons! It's something called back pitch. One of the pipes was so dry it had cobwebs and spiders in it.

I had reached out to Kidd plumbing in regards to some minor plumbing fixes that needed to be done. At the time Russell had said they were pretty booked up but will reach back out in a few days. We never heard back from them so about 10 days later we reached out again to see if there were updates in availability. Russell said he didn't even know who I was even though we have had both text and email communication and also that he doesn't know when he will be free... I found this whole communication style to be very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend him based on this exchange. We need to move on with completing our projects, can't wait in limbo 😞 . Disappointed.

Horrible service! I was cheated financially. This company charged me double the cost for installation of a garbage disposal. I was told the garbage disposal I was receiving was top of the line. This was false, doing my research, I was given the cheapest garbage disposal ($80). I was charged almost $300!! For installation, average cost is about $80-90. I called multiple times to complain and ask for explanation. My calls were never returned! My number, in fact, was blocked. I had a friend call for me and this company disconnected the call. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

Kidd Plumbing converted my electric hot water heater to gas and more recently unclogged our kitchen drain that was beyond the trap. They are professional, friendly, and reasonable. Highly recommended.
