We've known Kiel over 15 years and have used him for numerous projects. He never disappoints! His team, especially Dawn and Paul, are very detailed and communicate well. KTC has built us a garage, added on to our home, built a deck, renovated a new bath and other areas...it not only significantly increased the value of our home, it gave us a real oasis to live! I highly recommend Kiel/KTC and the whole team.

We worked with Kiel and Becca on our rental property and were extremely happy with the results. Becca was very communicative and happy to provide suggestions when needed. Our house is very old and needed a lot of work and it looks amazing now. We have some other projects and hope to use them again!

In 2023, a massive tree crashed into my house, the 1920s stucco. I reached out to three contractors, and KTC responded swiftly. Kiel, Dawn and Paul, came the following day after the tree struck the house. They assisted me in navigating the complexities of the insurance company. They were punctual, professional, organized, thorough, and reliable. It took over a year to rebuild the house. They did an outstanding job. They were all exceptional, including the office staff, project manager Paul, and all the contractors. They are both skilled and kind, and that’s what truly matters! I am incredibly thankful to have had a contractor who was willing to go above and beyond in negotiating with the insurance company and, ideally, restore my home. I highly recommend KTC!
