Good customer service is hard to find these days but Nick and his staff are the exception. I experienced the best customer service in decades working with these guys. Professional, honest, detailed and trustworthy are other terms that come to mind when thinking about my interactions with Nick and his staff. Nick communicated with me constantly throughout my project. He responded to my text messages and returned my voicemail messages quickly. As most of you know, finding a shop with all these positive attributes and no negatives is rare. I shopped around to over a dozen shops and actually had a horrible 16 month nightmare at one shop. Luckily I found Nick and his staff at Killer Hot Rods. After 7 months my project is complete and I couldn’t be happier.

This is a great paint, and body shop to go to in order to get the best work done to your vehicle with a group of professional guys that will complete the mission that's done a lot for me as I've been their customer for years when they were in Arlington, and now in Alvarado!!
