I recently had an emergency call and maintenance repair done on my AC units by Killman Heating & Air, and the service was excellent. The technician was courteous, pleasant, and genuinely interested in what I had to say. His communication was clear and respectful, and he demonstrated strong knowledge of the system throughout the visit. I also appreciated the professionalism he showed in my home — he wore shoe covers and treated the space with care. When I needed to involve my husband, the lead technician took the time to speak with him as well, making sure we both understood the situation and the work being done. This was easily the best experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC company. Adam and Hudson were both extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions! It was obvious that they truly take pride in this family business and in the customer service that they provide. Julia was a joy to speak with in helping schedule my service call and getting me assistance in a timely manner. There is no doubt that Killman Heating and Air will get all my business in the future. Andy and his team had previously installed a mini-split on our sunporch, so he was the only person we contacted when we needed a new AC and gas furnace. He came and spent lots of time with my husband discussed what we wanted and presented us with options. When we got the bid, we were pleasantly surprised and he was able to do a full installation in 2 business days! We immediately loved the new system. Note, the old systems were not broken, but just acting a bit funky. So, this was not an emergency like we had been left without heat. Andy's team was professional, friendly, and worked diligently to get the new system installed in about half a day. A great experience with Killman Heating & Air!!!! I used another company for 18 years and had a big repair done. That company failed to fix the issue and then ghosted me. I called Killman and they arrived promptly and informed me of what the issue was and what it would take to fix it. I called Killman and set up an appointment for the repair and they showed up on time and everyone was extremely friendly, and did not smell like cigarettes, which is a plus. I now have a new company for my HVAC needs.

They were awesome! Extremely professional and kind! Andy, Adam and their team did an incredible job replacing my units, duck work and vents/returns with exceptional skill and quickness! Would highly recommend them!!
