As a perfectionist it’s hard to impress me but Ray did and was way above my expectations. Ray is a master plumber and it shows. The care to detail in his work was amazing. After the work was done I went to pay the bill and talked with Leevon and quickly learned that every employee in this company cared as much about this company as it was there own. These folks are the best! I called right when they opened with a hot water heater issue and they were so kind and very quick to respond. When I met the guys at my house a couple of hours later, they were so nice! They took the time to not only fix my hot water heater issue, but explain some other systems in my house as well! Top notch service, thank you all!

Kimberling City Plumbing is the best in town.....and it's not even close. I have used them a couple of times now and both times they showed up on time and did professional work at a fair price. I have used a few other plumbers in town only to be disappointed with both the quality of the work and flat rate charging regardless of level of effort. KCP charges you for their time and materials.....as it should be. The did a fantastic install of a new Rheem Hybrid Water Heater for me. I have attached the before and after pics. I was not familiar with the hybrid heaters until Leevon explained them to me, which I appreciate. Great work guys and I will certainly use you for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

This company is outstanding. We had a leak underground in an old pipe that was on our property and not allowing the wastewater to reach the pump outside and was backing up . Tom and Arthur came out and used a camera to find the corroded pipe, dug it up and replaced with new PVC pipe. They did all this and were finished in 4-5 hours. They were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs as will won’t leave until they figure out what the problem is and fix it. And the price was very very reasonable.
