An amazing experience. Not only did they work all day to replace a city water pipe that was leaking - which included removing a section of sidewalk and street pavement - they ensured the safety of everyone including those who were 'challenged' in driving/walking in a construction area. They were professional, polite, and committed to leaving only when the job was done and the site cleaned. Joseph Martinez of Kimmins was a rock star, finding ways to solve problems caused by an aging infrastructure. Thanks to the City of Tampa for engaging such a quality and professional contractor. Impressive from start to finish.

I recently had my house demoed by Kimmins, and I am soooooooo happy with their work! From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, and incredibly respectful of my property. I called in a water main break to the City Water Department which required extensive removal of street pavement, lawn sod and brick pavers in my driveway. Kimmons was on the scene the next day and worked from noon to midnight to replace the defective line. The next day Jason came out and worked on the damaged sod which covered parts of the lawn for three separate houses. Today Jason returned with Chris to install new sod in all the affected areas. Their attention to detail and to providing excellent customer service were outstanding. They are excellent representatives for your company and I just wanted to share how impressed and appreciative I am for the job they did.
