Gary and his crew came out, gave us an estimate for a new sceptic system, got the necessary county paperwork, and installed the new tank and drain field. Work was quick and efficient. I had an absolutely appalling experience with this septic company. We called them to get an estimate for their services and they sent someone to our property. However, after another phone call, where we expressed that we couldn't afford their services, the person from the company thought they had hung up and we overheard them calling us names and belittling us for having a rusty roof and other items around our property. As someone who is currently renovating my property, I was shocked and appalled by their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for potential customers. It is unacceptable to treat people with such disrespect and disdain, especially when they are going through a renovation process.
