Not often can a business owner earn my trust and business over the phone and this is the case here hands down. Spoke with Doug on a home improvement project and as he has the boulders that flat out R.O.C.K (no pun intended) I through nice pictures sent to me, found the perfect one for my home in Kettering and on my word alone, Doug assured that he would hold the boulder until a time where it could be delivered and placed in front of our home. After speaking to several people in similar businesses Doug was the only one that I felt comfortable enough with to give the go ahead.
