Kincaid Septic

I wanted a complete septic system installed. A few places I called didn’t seem interested in giving me a quote and wanted to charge me a service charge to just come and talk to me. I called Kincaid Septic and within an hour Trinity Kincaid returned my call. He went and looked at my property and scheduled to meet me for a detailed site review and quote. He even went as far as recommending I put the drain field in what I thought was an inaccessible area as to keep the accessible area open for building on at a later date. He did a great job with the installation and I would highly recommend.

They were quick to return my phone call and get the job done. Also priced better than the competition. I had questions about my septic system and he explained everything I asked.

Customer service really ain't that hard. To be a recipient of excellent customer service is becoming harder everyday. NOT with Kincaid Septic. Prompt response to request for service. A real determination to solve your problem and not try to sell you something you don't need. Trinity Kincaid is what the service industry could use more off. Thank you sir.

Excellent service. I called in the morning and they arrived that afternoon to drain my septic tank. They dug it up, inspected it, drained it, and covered it all within an hour. Very friendly and answered all of my questions. Kincaid has my business going forward. Thank you for the great service!!!
