Joe did a great job getting my furnace back running. In 25 minutes he had diagnosed, and fixed the issue that was keeping my unit from running. Highly recommend Joe and Kinder.

Our unit was installed incorrectly (coil was installed upside down) and caused damage to to my wood floors as the water sprayed out to the likes of a pressure washer in the AC closet. We have been treated unfair and without a care at all for customer service. The project manager never was involved or responsive nor was he available to speak with us regarding our work. His voicemail is full and the office has no idea where he is or when he will be at work or even available for a phone call. I knew we had a problem when the technician stated he wished the installers had contacted him first. The company has never called to speak with us or to apologize for this disaster. The lack of interest on their part to make a resolution shows me all I need to know. Since I was forced to use the company,

Gavin came out and found the problem right away and fixed it. He was personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and he also took the time to educate on what was happening with our HVAC. We also decided to get their seasonal maintenance.

Justin and Joe came out to visit to address two different issues. Both were an incredible help and solved both problems we were dealing with. The office staff is also wonderful and made sure we were taken care of with these issues being pretty urgent (ceiling caving in from a leak and a leak in the wall starting to flood under the carpet!). Would highly recommend to anyone that wants caring, knowledgeable help from a company that will actually respond and charge you more than fairly. We also signed up for the Kinder Club maintenance membership and take a LOT of comfort knowing our system will be routinely maintained and looked after by this team.
