We initially called Kinetic for an estimate on new sump system after recent basement flooding. Greg showed up right after another big rain and had additional flooding which actually killed or existing sump. Greg returned later that day and installed a new sump and connections as well as dehumidifier to dry things out. We ended up with full basement waterproofing system installed with double pumps, grate drains and vapor barrier. Greg and Nicole as well as install team went out of their way to for us in the schedule, stabilize our issues and completed the job in timely manner and very neatly and professionally. Our basement is now dry and we can reclaim our space. Can't recommend Kinetic enough and highly recommend.

Put in three iBasement sumps to protect against water overflow. The old pits looked horrible- now they’re clean, tidy and FUNCTIONAL. Greg and his team were excellent. Prompt, detailed and did precisely what was needed. Will definitely use Kinetic for any further basement work moving forward. Photos of old and new below. What a difference! UPDATE 8/1/23: After the recent severe storms, the sumps Kinetic installed got their true first test. We even have a failed gutter that’s allowing water to pool to a depth of 3+inches by the Bilco door, so I was expecting the worst. WRONG! Basement remained dry as a bone. Just had a Sump Pump solution installed. Greg and the team did an excellent job. Once we got the project started, they completed it fast and efficiently. The organized the Electrician and Mason that we needed for our particular job as well so there was no extra work on our part.

It was a pleasure dealing with the entire crew that showed up and worked inside and outside of my home. The team was supportive of each other and worked well together. The entire basement was transformed from what I would call a "ghetto" system into a very pleasing modern and "state of the art" system. I have no reservations in including the basement in a tour of my home when friends come to visit. The system automatically alerts me by email. I feel very secure in the fact that this system will function well for many years. Although expense, the entire system is well worth every hard earned penny. The peace of mind alone is worth it.
