King Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, llc

Matt from King air is a true professional. Does outstanding work and has been doing our AC for seven years on three homes. I recommend them highly never be disappointed with King air service. Recommend them highly.

-Update Thank you Matt for the apology and letting me know the improvements made to help future customers. Just getting to this review from my experience at the end of November. I had my AC go out on a Saturday evening. I contacted King Air through their website that same evening. I waited until the following morning to hear back at which I then called and left a voicemail. After waiting the whole morning, I called another HVAC company that was able to come within the hour after my call and was able to fix the issue. King Air advertises 24 hours a day/7 days a week for emergency AC services. To this day, I never did get a follow up from King Air.

I have used King AC a few times. Matt has always been on time, and if there is any issue he communicates back and reschedules if necessary. King AC is very professional, and they go over the work and lets you know exactly whats going on. His price is very reasonable and the quality of his work is excellent. I have used him for yearly maintenance, and they also installed a surge protector on my outside AC unit. I am very happy with the work King AC has done. I recommend King AC for any A/C issues. Try them out, give them a call.

Great experience! A family friend highly recommended this company and we are glad we decided to do business with King Air. Matt (owner) was super professional, punctual and worked extremely hard to make sure our family had air. He explained exactly what happened with our system and was able to expedite the repair. The price was fair and reasonable for the services rendered. King Air Conditioning and Refrigeration has a customer for life! I would highly recommend.

Where do I begin… Outstanding craftsmanship, Fantastic customer relation and service. Very responsive and isn’t there to upsell. I highly recommend them, I won’t even look around…give them a call! P.s I gotta wear a sweater inside my home now!
