king Carpet Cleaning came really quick and did a great job. I had them do two of my houses; however, for my second house, the guy changed his pricing after our initial agreement claiming that he made a special trip, which he did not make clear from the beginning.

Irecently hired king Carpet Cleaning, and I'm extremely pleased with their service. The team was punctual, professional, and did a thorough job on my carpets. Not only did they remove stubborn stains, but the carpets also look and feel rejuvenated. I highly recommend king Carpet Cleaning for their efficiency and exceptional results.

Very nice people, I called them at the end of the day and they still fit me in as their last customer of the day. When he showed up, he was very nice and friendly, was not rushing to get the job done and did a very clean and professional job. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SERVICE. I paid $130 for 4 rooms, and the carpets are no different. Literally just sprinkled some water and vacuumed it. With $130 you better off just buying a vacuum. Stains are there as they were. When I confronted the service worker, he said its as clean as its gonna get. That is a lie, I know for a fact that carpets worse than these could be cleaned close to new. He took like 30 minutes to clean and left all the carpets wet. Said to keep the temperature to 85 degrees.

Terrible service, gave me two different time and didny show up had to switch up time two times alos had to call him several times to make sure was on time, not professional at all. Also negotiated to one price with accurate description but after he got here price went up . And if you are in carpet cleaning business you suppose to have your own materials not use customer water, which will make their water bill go high.
