My dog is getting old and fell down the stairs the other day. I reached out and heard back right away. I went with in stock options for the fastest turn around but he advise me on what is best for my dogs nails not getting caught, best for an easy clean up and still brought me the 3 options I was looking at. He was fast, professional and in my opionion went above and beyond and out of his way working on a weekend to help us out! We love the new look as well as the function!! I highly recommend this company, their craftsmanship and their turn around!!

Chris from King Flooring Carpet Workroom is the best installer of high end carpet and stairs. He has done several staircases for clients of mine. My customers have loved both the products and the service he has provided. The end products are beautiful. most recently a wool wall to wall that is just perfect.
