Taliaferro Excavating cleared the neighboring land to our property. Instead of hauling off the trees they made a burn pile, all the soot, embers, and debris came over on our property and caused soot damages to the exterior of our home, to our above ground pool, and our boats parked on the property! NedTaliaferro had agreed to clean/ powerwash the exterior of our home so it could be resealed! He never followed up on his commitment to resolve the issues caused by his burn pile. This is a ethical issue, and I have been patient on waiting for him to honor his commitment! I bought a new pool due to the damages, and haven't asked for compensation for damages to the boats on our property.
