During Christmas season of this past year, our washer developed a leak in our pantry that spread into our kitchen's adjoining wall and cabinetry. Juan came right away on a holiday weekend, bringing a mountain of equipment to dry out the damaged structure. He coordinated with a number of outside vendors to speed up the process. We had to spend a short period of time out of our home because of asbestos removal, and Juan was respectful of security in our home. He also worked with our insurance company to help coordinate payments for the vendors. He even helped with installation of our new kitchen.
