King Ranch Turfgrass

I ordered 4 pallets of Scotts Pro Vista St Augustine and what they sent me was a weed-infested bunch of sod. I called them 8 days after install and sent them pictures and they blamed me for the weeds. Despite the weeds only being in their sod and not in any of my other grass and the same weeds growing on different sides of my house. Their advice was to just spray it with weed killer but you can’t do that for 30 days. After I threatened a chargeback on my credit card they send me 1 pallet of replacement sod for the worst of it. The pile of weeds on my driveway is what I pulled at the 30-day mark after replacing the worst original sod. Some of which was entire sections of weeds. It has an embarrassing eyesore for a month. If anyone is needing grass in the area, I recommend swinging by and speaking with the turfgrass girls at this location, those ladies are very informed and were helpful with what I needed. They were friendly and provided great service! The grass quality was great, definitely reach out and give them a call for all your sod needs!

The ladies at the front are so nice and helpful. I called ahead and was able to reserve some pieces of grass to pick up later in the day. I will be coming back for all my grass purchases. Thank you!

Purchased Zorro Zoysia from this location. Grass was slow to green up but eventually thrived. Maribel was very helpful coordinating delivery.
