King Soopers

It’s about 50/50 on the staff members demeanor. Some are consistently nice some are consistently rude. This store could be maintained better, bad smell at times. One the positive side this store has way less carts blocking the aisle for online order fulfillment. I’ll continue to only stop in quickly when needed. Other King Soopers close by are better maintained, and have more accommodating staff. It’s nice to be nice!

Flower department and Department Manager Sunny Ray are above the rest! Sunny Ray understands what customer service is! She manages her Floral Department and keeps it stocked knowing she works around the corner from Ft. Logan National Cemetery and wants to have her dept. stocked not only for her customers but for their loved ones. Not only did she help me arrange my bouquet of flowers but I also watched her help an elderly customer who addressed her as flower lady. She dropped what she was doing and not once told one of us to give her a minute or to hold on. Thank you Sunny Ray for having such pride in what you do and knowing the importance of your department.

This review is at the Starbucks inside the BV King Soopers. I just have to say that Brandon and Sam, baristas at this location NEVER MISS. When I see they are the baristas I know my drink is going to be made correctly. I live closer to the drive thru Starbucks off of Sheridan but they usually always get something wrong with my order. Not only do Sam and Brandon know how to make drinks but they are always so friendly and pleasant. Thank you both for your service!

I had to give a big shout out to store manager Holly today is Sunday November 30th I went in to grab a few items I needed I was looking to get just half a piece of pie they normally have them but because of Thanksgiving they were out I asked the bakery clerk she said they were out understandably but I really wanted some pie because the one I got for Thanksgiving was awful and as funny as it sounds I needed to get my pie palate satisfied there were a few whole toffee apples pies but if I bought a whole one it would go to waste I happened to see the store manager Holly I approached her and asked her if she would please support me in having just a half of the whole pie I told her about the whole awful Thanksgiving pie ordeal and how I badly wanted just a piece and I would be happy she truly g

This store is huge. They have two large front doors with alarm sensors and gates to prevent shoplifters but for some reason they won’t unlock one of the doors when one of the armed security guards isn’t there on time. I went at 8am Wednesday (the store opens at 6am) and only 1 door was unlocked so I walked a mile to the other door that was unlocked and I see an armed security guard standing there. Then the locked door stays locked while the other alarmed security guard is in line at the self checkout getting himself some breakfast. So my question is: do you really have that many gun welding shoplifters at 8 am on a Wednesday morning that you can’t even unlock both front doors for the convenience of your elderly disabled paying customers? No sign on the door either saying “door still locked
