Other than being 3.5 hours late for the appointment back in November, let me tell you how much I have fought with my coal stoker since the visit. I asked them to come out to show me around the furnace to make sure that I knew how to operate it and they cleaned it. Moments after leaving, it did not run properly. I consulted several times with these guys, but they had my money and weren't coming out again without me emptying my pockets a little more. After extensive research on HVAC and participating on blog sites about the Keystoker Lite, I come to find out that they didn't even plumb correctly. The return is less than half of what is needed. My furnace hasn't heated our home properly this winter. Thanks for nothing. I have burnt coal all winter, but have had to burn wood in a wood
