King Water Wells

I had an outstanding experience with King Water Wells. My well pump failed unexpectedly, and even though I called after 5 PM, they were able to get a crew out first thing the next morning. Michael and Bill arrived right at 8:30 AM and had everything diagnosed, pulled, and fully replaced by 11 AM. They were super friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They installed a new pump, wiring, pressure tank, pressure switch, and all the fittings — the whole system is running better than it has in years. The pricing was fair, the work was high-quality, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend King Water Wells and especially Michael and Bill for anyone needing fast, reliable well service!

I called on Sunday due to waking up with no water in our house. We did receive a call back and the guy was nice to go over some trouble shooting tips. We did not know how to determine the issue and just waited to hear back Monday. They called me Monday mid day and were out to our house by 2:45. Came in and stated we needed a new pump switch and tank due to low pressure. They replaced both and were out of here by 4pm. Both guys were fantastic. Explained and answered any questions we had, cleaned the area they worked, and very friendly. They had a very fair price and could not believe how fast they swapped everything out. We have worked with King Water Wells three times since owning our latest house and unfortunately every issue has been on the weekend and an emergency call. With that said King has always followed up quickly and worked us in the same day. We have spoken and worked with different teams each time but they have all been fantastic and helped to make a bad situation better. The latest issue didnt end up being a well issue but they went though everything to check and helped us figure out the right direction to resolve the issue. We could not say enough positives for the King Water Wells employees.

Wow !!!! Great job, the guys did a wonderful job drilling for water. My step son's well wasn't deep enough and it was only 60 feet. They went 110 feet and the water is perfect !!!! Our existing well failed, requiring us to replace it with a new one. After receiving multiple estimates, we decided to go with King Water Wells. Very glad we did. Despite facing some unexpected site challenges, they brought the job in on time and on budget. We needed a clean site and they accommodated this requirement nicely. Any new well installation will disrupt the site, but they worked hard to minimize it. Their staff were, without exception, pleasant, professional, skilled, and hard working. Communication was easy, and they were unfailingly responsive to our questions and concerns. It was truly a pleasure to work with them and they deserve your full consideration if you're looking for a new well installation.
