Kingdom Air

I just recently purchased a new furnace and heat pump. This is the first one I have ever had to purchase. Derek was very thorough and helped me through the process. Clay and Chris did a great job installing my unit. Whenever I had a question about my unit a tech was sent out and made sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Kingdom Air!

Kingdom Air responded to our vm right away and set up an appointment for the very same day. We had a very nice young man come, Austin, who was knowledgeable, personable and positive. He fixed our issue in a timely matter and made us fill good. The next day another young man came, Derrick, because we had a separate issue. Again, very nice, very professional and personable. Fixed the minor issue and left us satisfied again. I highly recommend this company. Fast, friendly, professional service with a smile.

We had a burning smell coming from the HVAC system that couldn't be figured out. It got so bad by the end of the day, my wife made another phone call at 4:45 to Kingdom Air. They sent Austin out and he investigated the system for about 2 hours and determined what the problem was! He was very thorough and got us back on track that evening. Austin is very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to talk to him about the issues as well as just to chat. Kingdom Air from the first call to the technician coming out was a pleasure. They keep you informed the whole way. Our furnace went out 2 nights ago and it was extremely cold. I called Kingdom Air that morning and they had someone right out to our house. We ended up needing a new unit and Carter and Clay came out and replaced everything. They were both very professional, kind, thorough and got heat in our house as quickly as they could, all while doing an excellent job. They even let us borrow 2 space heaters the night before they put in our new furnace. I would recommend this company to anyone and I highly recommend Carter and Clay! This company is fantastic. From the fact that they have an actual website not just a Facebook page to the attention to detail and customer service skills are top notch. Every single person. I have dealt with Kaitlyn, Derrick, Josh, Tyler, Chris and Logan...hope I didn't leave anyone out..lol are awesome. They have now installed a.new ac unit in the summer , and new furnace yesterday and Chris came in clutch with my plumbing issue last minute yesterday. I will not hesitate to have them back in the future. We came from another state and knew very few people and I was having issues finding a company I felt comfortable with they saved the day. Keep up the good work Kingdom Air.
