Dustin responded quickly on a Sunday when I booked an appointment online to have our dryer looked at for not heating. He arrived on time Monday and quickly fixed our dryer at a fair price. I will definitely be calling Dustin again if I have any appliance issues. Great service and a fair price both of which are hard to find these days!

Dustin did a great job working on our Samsung washer. Called on a Saturday and he was out on Monday. Very flexible with time and willing to work around my work schedule. I hired Dustin to inspect all of the machines at a laundromat we were buying. The price was fair, but there was a significant delay - really a no-show that became a delay after I called. He said he was busy with other work and I had to beg him to honor the appointment because the seller had taken the day off to meet him there. This should have been a huge red flag for me, but he's a smooth talker and always said things like how he'd love to help us out with whatever we needed. After several other attempts to get him to come out to repair some machines, he NEVER called me back when he said he would and he NEVER showed up again.
