I worked with Lacee in the fall of 2023 for a new roof, decking & gutters. Lacee was great to work with back then and was just as amazing when I called a few months ago with what I thought was an issue with the flashing. The Kingdom crew came right out to inspect the situation. End result everything was still good and intact! I feel very lucky that Lacee was my go to liaison between me and the Kingdom crew. Needing some work done on my roof; I called the first company that set me up with an appointment for their tech/ salesman to come out. He cancelled minutes before the appointment by text message mid morning on a Saturday. I stopped communicating with them and immediately went to another professional service in Kingdom. Very good phone etiquette that was extremely warming. When the tech/ salesman came out; he was right on time and got right to work. He talk with me and it felt like buddies gearing up for a project.
