This is customer service done correctly. He came he saw he fixed! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt and ordered parts were on time. He didn’t waste our time or take two or three visits to solve our refrigerator issues. Always answer phone call or text! Great customer service and accommodating to our schedule.

Joe came ahead of schedule and was very courteous. He fully explained the issues with the fridge and our options for repairing it. We were very happy with the service he provided and would highly recommend him to others needing appliance repair.
