Kings Avenue Parking Garage (JTA)

The rooftop is a great place to watch the fireworks on the 4th.

Clean. Exit is not clearly marked. People frequently drive the wrong way when leaving.

Arrived on 8/5/21 around 10 am. Only one entrance was open but both ticket machines didn't work. One said it was out of tix and the other had a jam. We pressed the button for help on both but they both didn't work. Then we noticed another button that dials a phone. Pressed it, waited on hold, got hung up on. Same thing happened 3 more times until we got someone. Then that person put us on hold and eventually disconnected us. Pressed it again but then someone actually showed up in person. He opened the ticket machine in the next lane like he was going to fix it but after a few minutes just told us to park in a lot next to the garage. The lot he was referring to was for a restaurant. Not wanting to get towed, we just left. I forgot to mention... both ticket machines had the same phone numbe
