Leland was called to my home business when I had a leak in my wall. It took a bit of searching but we found the leak. It was the roof. After pulling all the drywall off the walls we uncovered all the damage. Most of the framing had to be replaced. Leland took his time sealing the roof to make sure it didn't leak again. Then we repaired all the wood framing. We then reinsulated the walls and replaced all the drywall. We pulled the old flooring up checked for wetness and redid the floors. Leland was patient and kind as I made changes almost daily (hey I'm female it happens). After all was said and done the work is amazing. Next repair project is my actual house. Will recommend Leland and his business whenever I need work done.

I am reviewing the great consultation I received for a project I'm having done by King's in 2 weeks. Leland spent a lot of time discussing all of the options to me and understanding what I want to do.. I really appreciate it. He's very professional and knowledgeable. Leland can do the work but he made excuses, almost daily, for why he couldn't be on time, or had to leave, or couldn't come back until... Always personal problems that can't be verified and too often to be normal... We paid him deposit of 50% PLUS an additional $1000 for parts and materials, but then he didn't buy the stuff until AFTER he started the job, so he had to leave for a full day, them came back with a generic invoice DEMANDING we cut him an additional check for over $900. When I reminded him we had already given him the money he REFUSED to work. Threatened to leave until we got an attitude adjustment. Had to give him the additional funds as he wouldn't give us back any of our deposit if he walked off. I think that's called EXTORTION. He bragged how he overcharged woman he did wo
