Great experience overall. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and the team stayed engaged even when the work became more technically challenging than expected. My kitchen ventilation and makeup air setup was fairly complex, but they understood the vision, thought through the problem, and stuck with it until everything was working properly. In the end, they did a very solid job and delivered a solution that made sense. I appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to troubleshoot rather than take shortcuts. Highly recommend.

I've been using Kings for a few years now to keep my 20 year dinosaur HVAC units alive. They were referred to me by a close friend who is a real estate agent and has used them on his own properties as well as some of his clients. They have prompt and friendly customer service. They do not oversell- they always offer repairs as first option but also show replacement costs for a reference. There are no fire and brimstone speeches. They installed a new unit at my parent's residence and the owner came out to oversee the installation. Recently, my upstairs unit died and they quoted me the repair cost...but also gave me a "middle of the road" option- just replace the furnace, but leave the AC as-is. Such a great local, family-owned company. Awesome customer service on the phone when calling in for any issues or questions. Prompt scheduling and attention to details such as providing text updates on arrivals. Friendly and knowledgebale technicians who take their time to ensure everything is working properly.

I am not, nor have I ever been, a customer of King’s Mechanical — and based on today’s experience, I never will be. While driving, I was “treated” to an unsolicited demonstration of their team’s driving skills, which apparently include tailgating, aggressive maneuvering, and a general disregard for the safety of everyone else on the road. If this was meant to be a mobile advertisement for the company, it was… memorable. Unfortunately, not in a good way. I’ve always believed that how a company’s employees behave in public reflects the business itself. If this is the level of professionalism on display behind the wheel, I shudder to imagine what happens behind a wrench. I didn’t call for service — and after this rolling audition, I won’t.
