The guy and his friend they both came in and were very professional, respectful, accurate and my favorite part, PROMPT! Because I am very impatient and they came in and got the job done quick and accurately! Let’s me know, they knew what they were doing! I booked this installer in December 2024 to mount my TV. The job was quick and smooth, but only because the wall mount was already installed he simply had to hang the TV. Not sure why he charged us as much as he did but hey, we didn’t mind supporting a small business owner. Unfortunately, my experience this time was completely different. I scheduled him to unmount the same TV and booked a 12:00 PM slot. I followed up immediately to let him know movers would be arriving at that time and asked to adjust the appointment. He acknowledged and accepted the change. The day of service, I received no call, no text, and no communication. When I reached out, I still did not get clear responses.
