Once the materials came in they were quick to begin the work! The construction crew were top notch! They showed up on time and powered through the blazing sun and 90+ degrees to get the job finished! Perez was at our house on Friday to replace a defective window and did such a good job I wanted to make sure you knew what a positive impression he made on me. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He was very respectful of our house in bringing in and out his long extension ladders and window parts, and even removed his shoes since it was wet outside. He represented Kingsford with such genuine concern for its quality, both in service and product, he could have owned the business. He is an asset to Kingsford and I hope he is recognized as such.
