Absolutely terrible landlords. I spent over 8 years living in their Electric Lake apartment complex in Schaghticoke due to its low cost. Throughout those 8 years getting maintenance done of any kind was a hassle, and took constant reminders on my part before a finger was lifted which often resulted in me being told the part would have to be ordered and nothing past that point was resloved. There was a constant threat of bed bug infestations in the apartments below mine and when they made their way up to my floor I was told it was my problem by Mr Bayly himself. I left on my own accord as it was either move out, or live with the infestation because a new lease was never signed after my initial lease was up, leaving me with absolutely no rights as a tenant. To anybody who has possibly moved

Seems nice. As a visitor, I wish the rails where much sturdier.
