What started as a great experience two years ago has degraded into a $38K mistake. Picture shows a $6K interior,no exaggeration,this is what they considered $6K. The engine was supposed to be new. It took over a year to get it running and it still isn’t right. Two years ago I asked how it’s going,they said the belts wouldn’t stay on,turns out a spacer was not installed. Months would go by without any correspondence,I literally texted on a couple of occasions asking if the shop was still open. They did electrical work,neglected to ground to the body and said it was a brand new radio and a brand new battery causing the problem. Parts fell onto my foot on a test drive. I was told that the job would take 2-3 days. It took 11! I requested that he run his diagnostic tests to see what the problem(s) is, vs what I had told him what other shops had said, before he began work on the vehicle. He reached back out to me, and told me what the problem was, matter of factly, and was told to begin work! On the 11th day, I picked up my vehicle! Less than 24 hrs and under 75 miles of travel time, my vehicle started to smoke out of the tailpipe and from under the hood! It was doing none of this when I dropped it off to him. Also, I lost total power in the vehicle! He had it towed, at his expense, back to his shop, to run more tests! Amazing , is all I can say. Had some issues with lights not working and they were able to trace the problem down, fixed and while diagnosing issues let me know about others they found. As a woman I was impressed with the honesty and courtesy they showed me and always called to let me make decisions. Highly recommend and will be using for all our family vehicles! Vehicle went in on a Thursday and I picked up Friday after lunch. Perfect service

Kinnaman's provides excellent customer service. Kelli is super sweet and knows her way around a garage. They repaired my VW Passat in less time than it took the dealership to provide a diagnosis AND for about $1K less than the dealership quoted. Kinnamin’s was the third mechanic to work on my 1953 Pontiac Chieftain and they were the only ones with the knowledge and expertise to get it running. They also did a great job painting the roof of the car, too. They were timely and communicated with me ever step of the way. Their services were reasonable and they ran all pricing by me first before they moved forward. I totally recommend taking your antique vehicles to Kinnamin Hot Rods.
