I had some rug remnants I wanted to turn into usable pieces, and Kinrich Structured Rug Studio turned my remnants into beautifully bound rugs. The finished rugs look perfect—clean, professional, and exactly what I was hoping for. What really impressed me was how fast they got everything done. I dropped the rugs off and had them back within 2 days, which was such a nice surprise. But the best part was the people. Everyone I talked to was so kind, upfront, and easy to work with. You can just tell they’re honest and really care about doing a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. It’s rare to find a business that delivers on quality, speed, and genuine service all at once. Can’t wait for the next project!

Lawn service was average. They constantly broke landscaping lights and sprinkler heads Reason for firing Kinrich: Never showed up when they said they would. The job was never finished. They over charged for material and labor and in the end the job was done below par! I.E. completely covering my awesome mondo grass with mulch and killing it all.
