Kinsmen Service Pros

This is the 2nd time that I've used Kinsman. The first time, they installed my whole home water system. Today, they replaced for toilets that I purchased. They did an excellent job and I would continue to use their services. I was going to cancel my services with them because I received a quote at half of what they were charging me. But thankfully, the owner told me what to ask for from the other company. And they were not able to furnish proof. While it's understandable to want to spend less, trust me folks, less isn't always more. We preferred to stay with Kinsman and have the piece of mind knowing that if something went wrong with the installation, they would be able to cover it.

We are the owners of local water well company, Sanders Deep Well Inc. We run into a lot of customers who need plumbing services rather than well services. We refer Kinsmen to all of those customers. Bryce responds promptly and our customers rave about their services. Customers call back just to tell us how well they did and how prompt they were. Further confirming our decision in the business relationship we carry with Kinsmen. They are an honest, fair, and knowledgeable team. Sanders Deep Well will refer them again and again. I had to have a full sewer line replacement at Christmas time, everyone's favorite present., right?! But Bryce at Kinsmen was a real gift! He was professional, on top of every move- setting up the eval and the actual work day, calls were answered immediately, he was extremely helpful and polite! The price was beyond reasonable for what all needed to be done, the job was planned and done quickly and efficiently. I truly could not be happier with their service. I even had a question after the job was done and Bryce called me back immediately. The professionalism, the pride in his job, and true care about making the customer happy is why I am leaving this review! Well done, Kinsmen. Top Notch Service!!! From my first call with Bryce to having James tackle a cracked pipe in an exterior wall, I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Kinsmen. Easy scheduling with Bryce, with great communication throughout, and a Service Call with James, a seasoned and skillful plumber (who also happens to be the nicest guy :) He understood the problem and knew how to fix it. Absolutely thrilled from start to finish!! So much so I’ll be getting an estimate for a new water heater that needs to be replaced.
