Kirby's Professional Appliance

When I bought this 1948 Tappan Deluxe it was a garage find with lots of issues. Steve completely rewired her and got her cooking. The fact that Kirby Appliance would even agree to work on her will tell you that this man has a mechanical mind that can figure just about anything out. It really has been a labor of love. My 1948 doughboy now has a guarantee which speaks to the quality of work you can depend on from Kirby Appliance and the integrity that backs it up. She will be cooking another 70 years.

As a State Licensed engineer, I do all of my own appliance repairs and have relied upon Kirby's excellent service for parts. I've always found Kirby's well stocked and their advice always welcome, accurate, and true. My children have purchased dozens of appliances from Kirby's and never mentioned anything but praise. Kirby's is local, conveniently located and back they their sales. Kirby's is also a fantastic local family-owned business, I appreciate their sales, parts supply, and service. For an entire year we had struggled to find someone to fully convert our stove from natural to Lp. Finally we got a recommendation for Kirby’s professional appliance. Steve had so much patience with us. At the end of it all he checked for a gas leak and turns out we had one. In fact, he even waited for us to buy the missing part and come back so he could install it. Great service. I am glad I called Steve and Frances. We loved them! Had some issues with a new whirlpool fridge that was under warranty. Lowes sent another repair company out that couldn't seem to fix the problem and then sent these guys out for a second opinion. Their repair man fixed it but said that if for whatever reason it started acting up again they would call whirlpool and get paper work submitted for replacement. So easy to work with and more than willing to help and get it all taken care of! Will definitely be using them in the future if we have any other issues.

Kirby's Professional Appliance is my savior! They are so helpful, so honest and costumer's interest is their first priority. For last 10-12 years I call them for everything related to my appliances. Each time they share knowledge on how I can fix issues on my own (becouse I prefer to do it ) and often I don't even buy anything from them. They go out of their way to help you without pushing anything on you. In 20 years I had not changed my appliances becouse Frances and Steven helped me out each time I had problem. One phone call was enough for them to diagnose the problem and I would get the parts from them or other places and my washing machine, dryer, oven would start working again.
