Jeff always does an outstanding job. He has taken care of swapping out my outlets to now have USB included. My family just loves them. He has also removed my pendants & hanging light fixtures in my kitchen & replaced them with wafer lighting. It is a wonderful transformation. Great way to update your kitchen on a budget. I’ll post photos once we get the kitchen painted.

Made an appt 3 weeks out to have a GFCI outlet and a hanging lamp replaced. I have the replacement lamp and capped wires are hanging out of my ceiling, the lamp only needed to be hung and connected to the available wires. Serviceman got here and gave me an argument about replacing the GFCI. After insisting he just replace it he looked at my lamp and refused to do the work because he didn't have a ladder. Our many step stools and ladders (used by previous workmen on this lamp) were not good enough to reach this normal ceiling height lamp. He insisted another serviceman would have to come back another day (the guy that does the dangerous work). Charged over $200 to replace a single GFCI and spent time trying to upsell me on other work after refusing to do the work I needed. Very disappointe

I needed to have some electrical panel work done in my home, to include adding a 240v outlet to the panel in my basement. I called Kirchner to get a quote for repairs. Upon contacting them an electrician came by my residence and I showed him the work required. He stated they could do the work, and I would be contacted with a quote. Three days from their visit I still did not receive a quote via either phone or email. I chose a different company and had the work done already to my satisfaction. If this is typical of the customer service from Kirchner I recommend looking to another electrical expert in the area.

Fans were installed perfectly and run great and the timeframe wasn’t long at all to arrive and put them very quick and professional install and as always very kind to me and my mother.

Kircher Electric is a great find! I had trouble initially finding an electrician who could install my wall sconces in the family room. When I found Kircher Electric, they came back with a reasonable quote and wait period. When they came to do the job, they were competent, courteous and clean. I am very happy with the job they did. I highly recommend Kircher Electric.
