John is an awesome person! Incredibly respectful and genuinely nice to chat with. I kind of just want to hang out with him! He kept me informed during his commute to a minor emergency call to my house in a way that’s well above any competition! Giving him your business will yield you results that will exceed expectations. He was punctual, highly efficient, very knowledgeable in his field, very reasonable price and friendly! John did above and beyond working very hard to fix my kitchen drain. Called John on Wednesday afternoon for a private locate, he answered the phone, I did not get voice mail, he came to job Friday afternoon and did locates, very professional, price was fair, and fit me in quickly, I highly recommend Kirkbride! He was less than 1/3 of another locating company. Will definitely use him again.
