Unbelievable customer service from the first phone call until my new roof was installed. Can't thank Danny and Will enough. Made the whole process very easy, no bs, just the facts. They were great when family owned. Now corporate, they are horrible including there management. Their team caused thousands of dollars in damages to my property including landscaping, roof, lights, security cameras & potting bench to name a few. Don't make the mistake I made. There are many great companies that offer service deserved. Even after complaints, their management is unapologetic and demanding. Stay away from them!!!!!!!

Kirkin recently installed a new roof with solar shingles on my house and I am extremely happy with the outcome! To start with, I was provided with the most thorough quote and proposal that I’ve ever gotten for a service. The team at Kirkin was able to provide support and answer any questions that came up during the loan and application process, and they worked closely with me to schedule my install. The crew came out on time (was actually a bit early) and got right to work. They were in contact with me the whole time to keep me informed of the progress and what to expect. The job was completed quickly and it looks phenomenal. I had high expectations and they were able to meet and exceed them! I will definitely be recommending Kirkin to anyone else looking for roof repairs and replacement.

From start to finish, I received five-star service. Dan, Tina, Tony, and the collective team worked to get an expedited install date and went out of their way to accommodate. Dan came out to assess (in the rain). Tony arrived early on the install day. And the team worked tirelessly to complete the install. Nails and materials were collected afterwards. Couldn’t be more appreciative of Kirkin and their exemplary customer service and quality. Highly recommend.
