Kiser's Floor Fashions

Kiser’s Floor Fashions did our wooden floors throughout our house and they made our house look absolutely exceptional, especially in the Realestate pictures! I only had to go back in a few spots and inject glue to address some minor creaks from a few gaps underneath the subfloor when you step. The herringbone tile in the entryway is immaculate! The fireplace looks amazing. The kitchen backsplash fantastic! My only criticism for the entire install, is the bottom slope in the master shower which was installed incorrectly. Therefore, the water runs outside the shower. Now I’m going to have to go back and do tile work to address the issue before we can install shower glass. I wish they could help correct this issue soon to make our experience with Kiser’s Floor Fashion exceptional.

We used Kiser's to re-carpet our master bedroom & entire upstairs and could not have been more pleased. Hope was excellent to work with! She was knowledgeable and attentive to our specific needs as well as measuring so as to have as little waste as possible. She returned my calls promptly and was genuinely interested in making sure we were pleased. Due to our schedule, we had to have 2 separate installations, and both times the installers were professional, friendly, and respectful of our home and furnishings. Kiser's did everything correctly on their end to make a huge job go smoothly! Excellent customer service has become a rare thing--keep it up, Kiser's!

Marty and employees were amazing. So kind and helpful and knowledgeable about the many options/flooring choices they have available. Wide range of high quality products. Our installation was wonderful and quick! We are very very pleased with our entire experience with Kiser's and will continue to seek their help with any home needs in the future. We had floors replaced. The work was done overall well, but the customer service and communication throughout the project was horrific. They did not listen to us about what we wanted. We were getting our floors replaced on just the upstairs. The day of the install, they had ordered flooring for our entire house and blamed us for the miscommunication. They then broke our bedroom dresser and left without telling us. The project coordinator was extremely rude to us about it and accused us of lying about it not being broken before. They eventually told us that they would take the original cost of our dresser out of our total cost of the floors, but they would need to take the broken dresser when we found a replacement. We have received several unprofessional texts by the project coordinator as

Had our wood floors replaced after a big water leak. Hope Patrick was awesome and definitely knows her flooring. Would never go anywhere else to get my flooring.
